Over the years I have been involved in a range of projects spanning clinical education, research, communication, and professional collaboration. These experiences have shaped my current interest in how health behaviours develop within wider systems.
International Journal for Applied Health Behaviour Change: ISSN 3069-2873 (Online)
International Journal for Applied Health Behavior Change.
Executive Editor
The journal provides a platform for interdisciplinary discussion around how behaviour change research can be applied across healthcare settings. It brings together clinicians, educators, and researchers interested in understanding how behaviours develop, persist, and change within real-world systems.
My role involves supporting the editorial direction of the journal and helping to curate contributions that bridge research, practice, and professional education.

O'Hehir University
O'Hehir University Co-founder
Together with Trisha O’Hehir, I co-created O’Hehir University as an educational initiative supporting dental hygienists and therapists completing degree programmes in oral health promotion. The programme grew out of action research and a shared interest in reflective practice and behaviour change. What began as a focused educational project has since developed into a broader international platform for professional learning.

Swiss Dental Academy (SDA)
Programme Leadership
During my time managing the Swiss Dental Academy (SDA) in Geneva, I worked on the development of international training programmes, curriculum design, and quality assurance processes. This included recruiting and supporting clinical educators, coordinating advisory and scientific boards, and overseeing research and education initiatives across the global SDA network.
LipZip Book & Online Course
Co-Author
Co-authored with Trisha O’Hehir, LipZip explores the physiology and health implications of nasal versus mouth breathing. The book combines clinical science with stories drawn from everyday practice, illustrating how breathing patterns can influence oral health, sleep, and overall wellbeing. It also reflects our own experiences of transitioning from mouth breathing to healthier nasal breathing.

Pub Natter Podcast
Pub Natter started as a light-hearted podcast recorded in traditional English pubs, celebrating conversation, community, and the stories of the people who gather there. What began as a local project gradually became a space for longer and more thoughtful discussions.
The format is now evolving into a natural setting for reflective conversations around health, practice, and the systems that shape everyday life.
